According to Wikipedia, Responsive Web Design (RWD) is defined as “…an approach to web design aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of re-sizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones).”

In this day and age, responsive web design is an absolute must.  According to Google, 74% of mobile users, utilized mobile search to begin their buying process, and almost 60% visit a company’s mobile website during the buying cycle.   These numbers are only expected to increase as mobile becomes more pervasive around the globe.

Considering Google’s findings, it is imperative that your business website is designed to be responsive to ensure optimal viewing across all platforms and devices, otherwise you will certainly be losing potential customers / sales.
